A good way to measure your wrist is to take a string or ribbon and put it around your wrist--then take that measurement and add a half inch to an inch for flow of the bracelet. Put the string along a ruler and find your wrist measurement for the bracelet.

This bracelet is made with a 10mm Antiqued Sterling Silver Plated Flower Charm Cabochon Link that holds the 8mm Green Quartz Gemstone and is attached to a Black Braided Nylon Cord Slipknot Bracelet.

Always pull the bracelet open from the back knot where the two sides come together (this is the strongest area).
