This cuff bracelet will fit fairly snug on most wrist that measure 7 inches or more and is slightly adjustable.

A good way to measure your wrist is to take a string or ribbon and put it around your wrist--then take that measurement and add a half inch to an inch for flow of the bracelet. Put the string along a ruler and find your wrist measurement for the bracelet.
